The majestic appearance of a modern Saké brewery
Here begins the tale of the fantastic Sakés of EH-shuzô
On July 1, 2003, in the corner of Toyoshina, surrounded by beautiful water and air and lush greenery, the formerly Suien brewery’s new building was completed and reopened under the name EH-shuzô.
In the open atrium near the front entrance, you can enjoy the architectural beauty far from the image of a Saké brewery, with the great sunlight filtering through the stained glass. After climbing the stairs, a space is specifically prepared for the visitors wanting to take a look behind the scenes of Saké making. Also, a large screen shows videos of the production of Sakés in the hall next to the room.
At the end of the tour, visitors can stop by the tasting corner and take their time tasting some of EH Brewery’s famous Sakés (for free!). Sales and exchange of presents are also allowed.
