酒は人生。喜びをかもします。
We aspire to be a brewery that provides unique and delicious beverages whose flavors cannot be experienced anywhere else.
Also known as the Saké brewery Suien, we have a rich and long history in Azumino. Our products are meticulously shaped so our customers may hardly doubt their excellent quality. By keeping our history and traditions as the core and maintaining high standards of fabrication, we wish to continue serving ExcelHuman’s clients and reaching out to new ones.

As our chief brewer’s experience and good intuition are essential in the Saké making,
EH-shuzô is furnishing state-of-the-art infrastructures to support these qualities.
Sakés I wish to make are light, simple, refreshing, and without any aftertaste. Sakés that leave us unlikely to be fed up with, even though it must be an endless search for perfection.

Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi are the rice nurtured in Azumino and benefit from the generosity of its soil to make Sakés that meet high standards.
The two rice are originally from the former prefecture of Shinshû. The laboriousness of their cultivation had once made the farmers reluctant to nurture those, but time has changed and we made Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi the key ingredients for the fabrication of our Sakés.
“We want to brew delicious Sakés with rice having grown in such a breadbasket and blessed by the abundant water of the Azusa river.”
