An elegant beverage refined with Saké and made from Japanese plums carefully selected. The base Saké has a rich taste, so that this delicate blend may have a different flavor from other umeshus.
The alcohol goes down the throat smoothly and lightly, leaving a delicate aroma of plum. This umeshu can also be tasted on the rocks or with soda.
